In this fast moving world, without any time to eat – food allergies and sensitivities have become most frequent conditions people face. Everyday individuals are exposed to different types of food.   2. You are so right when you say that our foods seem to be manipulated and changed from it’s natural state. We try to avoid processed foods as much as we can – and eating natural whole foods instead. Our kids could eat fruits all day long! Our journey with food began when our son was born and had severe Eczema and allergies.
